Flare (they/them) is an experienced game developer with over 8 years of experience in Community Management at start-ups and triple A studios.
Flare is a part of the Twitch VTuber duo “FlareCatStreams” and has been streaming since 2020.

Lead Talent Manager - Hanako Amaya
Hanako (he/him) is a full-time talent manager and CEO of Oshi Bubbles.
He is dedicated to helping talents manage their schedules, finding sponsorship opportunities, and assisting with technical issues. Hanako has been in the VTubing sphere since 2018 and has been managing talents since 2023.
